6/10/06

June 10th, 2006

This week has flown by! The highlight was my 7 hour course today on First Aid/CPR/AED. You’re probably thinking, 7 hours, it can’t be that hard! But it was followed immediately with a 50 question pass or fail quiz. Really you had to have 100% to pass, so no room for error (alright it was a group quiz, but no open books!). Luckily I passed, so now you can call me and I can give you all of the most recent changes in properly dressing a wound, burn or splinting a fracture. I also learned a bit about poisonous snakes and spiders, something I can take with me on my mountain hikes. This weekend proves to be nice and quiet as John prepares to leave for a few weeks. What new adventures will I get myself into next…

I’m married to John, live in Colorado and I never take our mountain views for granted. I like to listen to music, travel and read. I'm an ordinary girl living a simple life (well sort of!).
